Source hierarchy
We prefer government health agencies, major nonprofit medical organizations, peer-reviewed research and first-party product documentation. Seller pages are appropriate for verifying what a seller currently claims, what it lists in a formula, and what purchase terms it publishes—but not for independently proving effectiveness.
Claim handling
- We label seller claims as seller claims.
- We do not claim first-hand testing unless it occurred.
- We do not present testimonials as scientific evidence.
- We do not turn ingredient-level evidence into product-level proof.
- We avoid disease-treatment claims for supplements.
Updates
Commercial facts such as formula details, price, shipping and return terms can change. When current sources conflict, we say so rather than choosing the most promotional number.
